QA08 User-exit or BADI

Dear all,

Customers are using QA08 to set up inspection.

But sometimes they didn't mark 'Create change documents' and can't find change history.

So I want to check they mark it or not using User-exit or BADI.

Please let me know the name of user-exit or BADI .
