In the Quality Notification item, there are 3 quantity fields namely, Number of defects, Defective quantity (external), Defective quantity (internal). Usually we create quality notification from defects recording, for example, if 3 defects are found during quality inspection then we record 3 defects, this value passes to the 'Number of defects' field once quality notification is activated from defects recording. Most of the time, 'Defective quantity (external)' and 'Defective quantity (internal)' are kept blank.
However, when we try to get statistics from table S098, we cannot find 'Number of defects', only 'external' and 'internal' defect quantities are taken into account.
So I thought to let the system automatically write the 'Number of defects' to the 'external defect quantity', I tried with enhancement QQMA0007 but failed.
Please let me know how to achieve my requirement.
