Source Inspection not possible

Hello Experts,

I am trying to perform source inspection.

I had did the following.

1. Created Status Profile and Assigned in the Quality info Record.
2. Inspection type for Source inspection(0101) is assigned in the Quality Info record
3. Created Inspection plan with 51 usage.
4. Activated 0101 inspection type for the material master.

With the above conditions I tried creating the source inspection lot through QI07. But got the following message "Source insp. not possible due to rel. status"

But for the same material and vendor when I removed the status profile in the Quality Info record and tried creating the inspection lot through QI07, I was able to create inspection lot.

But when I assign the status profile in Quality info Record, not able to create Inspection lot through QI07 and comment is "Source insp. not possible due to rel. status"

Inputs required to sort out this issue
