Archiving process for quality inspection lot

Hi Friends,

I am trying to do the archiving process for the inspection lot, here the inspection lot status was :UD  ICCO SPCO STUP

so while doing the archiving process through QM_CONTROL object i am not getting any archiving selection in the delete program

please guide me where i have done the mistake

refer the screen shots and suggest me the exact process
