We are practicing the Batch concept in our company. I am enabling the Batch management check box in Purchasing view. I want to know the following informations to check the concept completely. Pl help.
1) What are all the configuration required in Production Planning area
2) I have mentioned the shilf life min period in "Gen Plan Data / Storage 1" view. At the time of Inspection lot Usage decision i have entered the Material manufacturing date.
a) What is the procedure to create the Automatic inspection lot for Shelf life expiry material
b) i have checked some blocks, they mentioned to create the variant in QA05 for automatic inspection lots. If any configuration is available in to enable the automatic inspection lots without creating the Variant in QA05.
