Automatic UD and auto closing on Inprocess inspection lot 03

Dear SAP Gurus,

I want to do automatic UD and then auto closure of In process inspection lot 03 without any manual intervention, whenever the PI sheet for the corresponding Process order is Closed (PI sheet is closed). Basically we are looking to trigger a message (when a PI sheet is closed) so that it leads to auto UD and then closing of Inspection Lot. I am new to QM so I request your valuable inputs for the same.
