0130 - Inspection lot not created at 101 (Subcont. PO)

Hi,

I have the following issue.

Master DATA:

Semifinished material with Inspection Type 0130 at material master QM view.

Semifinished material with usage 53 inspection plan.

I create a subcontracted PO (ítem category L) for the semifinished material and when I do the GR via MIGO, the system doesn't create any inspection lot for the semifinished material.
