Hello SAP QM Experts,
I am trying to set up Copy Inspection Results configuration to enable our business to deactivate some old Z transactions. Having not seen this functionality in action I have some questions.
The use case is where we require to copy the Halb IP results to the Fert IP. Both the Halb and Fert IPs have early lot creations without batches until a GR occurs.
The following configuration has been applied:
Inspection Type - 04
Plant - 1210
Control in Insp Lot - No Data Transfer (Cannot use due to early lot creation without a batch)
Control in RR - Automatic Data Transfer when Accessing RR ( I have tried both Man/Auto and Auto)
Close - Checked
Origin TL - 02
Data Origin - 02
Selection - 200
Mapping - 200
This configuration is working where when in QE51N and accessing the sample/IL a popup will appear and allow me to select a previous inspection lot from a list.
My questions are:
1. Is the pop up considered automatic data transfer?
If so...Is there any other way to have the results go without selecting the previous lot?
If not...what am I missing?
