How material will Automatic Blocking if once Non Confirmation booked

Dear Friends,

If one material is blocked due to Quality issue and QM dept already sent some "Non confirmation- NC" report to the concern dept. some lead time 15 days for internal NC response, and within this time, if QA dept not getting any response, that particular Lot need to lock in system automatically.

Can please tell me how system will lock the material automatically where we can maintain this lead time and how it trigger the lock system.
