Sales order Popup screen not getting for Copy of Q1 Notification

Hi All,

     We have copied the Q1 notification to ZQ1, we maintain all customization settings except action box.

While creating the ZQ1 notification not getting Sales order item & Delivery item popup screen in initial like Q1.

I have copied all the settings from Q1, Kindly help me to get Sales order item & Delivery item popup screen.
