Error no profile when create LSMW inspection plan

Hi QM Experts,

I already to create LSMW for Inspection Plan follow > QM- LSMW FOR INSPECTION PLAN

When I come to "Create Batch Input Session" and i execute, system error.

Now, I already maintain profile(SPRO > QM > Quality Planning > Inspection Planning > General > Maintain Profiles for Default Values).

Profile: default values plan/general > 0000001 , I already ticked "Entry tool".

Then i go to "Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules" step, I input constant "0000001" in "BIPKO-PROFIDENTZ"

And then i go "Create Batch Input Session" system error same above.

Please help me.
