Error during creation of Q2 notification

Hello All,

I am getting an error during Q2 notification creation, when I use an already created Q2 notification as reference, the following is the error message,

"No status object available for QNF..."

It appaers as a pop-up message and it allows to create a notifcation and does not block the  creation due to the error.

I could not figure out the reason bhind it. Request all your help.\
