QE03: Message no. Q4111 - an error occurred when file was transferred SAP

Hi All,

I am using T-Code QE03 to view Inspection Lot Data for some inspection characteristics. I want to download the results/data into Excel for analysis.

Right now I am viewing the "Results History" then using F9 to export. The Eval. Method is "SAP_Excel," and I start the evaluation.

Here's where it gets odd - it exports the files OK, but at the end an error message in SAP appears that says "An error occurred when file XYZ.xls was transferred." Hitting the Help button just pops up "Message no. Q4111."

Why does this error pop up, each time? Any way to remove it/resolve the error?
