Use of posted reports

Hi Gurus,

I've done alot of reading in this forum and solved alot of problems in the QM module via infomation posted here in this forum.

I've one question regarding many posted answers:

Example:

.......  please Refer to Report ZQEVAC20  from Note 48815............

Please explain this as it will help me and others solve more complex problems in the future....
