How to Maintain Tolerance with Variant Configuration

Dear Expert,

I want to activate QM inspection type 04 with variant configuration.

I have set inspection by configuration at QM View Material Master for inspection type 04.

I have DIAMETER as characteristics class with 3 value, 10 mm, 20 mm, and 30mm.

I assign diameter to class 300 and assign it to material.

I assign char class  DIAMETER to Master Inspection Characteristic.

When I Goods Receipt material, the target value of DIAMETER at Inspection Lot is based on value that selected in Sales Order (10 mm or 20 mm or 30mm).

The problem is how to maintain tolerance key so when in Sales Order selected 10 mm system generated tolerance, like 9mm to 11mm? like lower and upper specification limit.

Any business function or anything else should be activated?

I can assign tolerance key at MIC but when Inspection Lot generated there are no tolerance for DIAMETER.

I am using ECC6 EhP6.
