When i try to assign the Inspection method to MIC, system give a message that " For Method XXXX (Plant XXXX) there is no Released version for Key Date 01.04.2009". Please help to resolve it.

after saving in qm01 notification is missing
Hello,
I was wondering, does anyone of you had a problem with notification in qm01? After creating and saving notification there is no sign of notification in qmel or qm10. I looked at net and I found out that it may be related with workflow customizing? Do you have any idea where is the problem?

Problem regarding weight-loss
Hi ,
I'm facing a problem regarding 100% weight-loss for a specific batch .
I'm stating the procedure : For any market paddy quality testing happens and same is posted in quality result QA32 session . After that , it's done usage decision to allow for production usage in the same . Then , we do 512 movement to deduct moisture and process loss from stock in ZQM403 session .
Now , my asking why suddenly this 100% weight-loss was happened ?

Adhoc copying of Inspection results
Hi all;
I know there's a lot of info on this subject but I'm still a bit confused re regarding the functionality.
Please assist me with the following 2 questions:
1) I can't find the setting "SPRO>Quality Management>Quality Inspection>Make settings for Copy of Inspection Results" in SAP.
We're using ECC6 Mill solution EHP6. Could this be the problem or must it be activated from support packs (tcode SFW5)?
2) I have a basic requirement to copy adhoc from one inspection lot to another.
The normal business process caters for a MES system to send results to SAP using QM IDI.
On a very rare occasion we will need to populate an inspection lot with manual results (i.e. for some reason MES will be unable to supply results for the specific insp lot).
Since the inspection lot contains +/- 100 characs, it's easier to copy from a similar lot after which one or two results can be tweaked.
Is it possible to use the functionality behind "Make settings for Copy of Inspection Results" for these adhoc requests, while still maintaining the current functionality for the remaining 99%?
Any other solution/ideas would be highly appreciated.

Manual Quality Level creation
Hello Guys,
We have a question on Quality Level for the DMR “At Char level” assigned to the Insp plan.
We are working on the Legal entity separation, hence we need to clone the Inspection Next stage change thro’ Manual Quality level creation from Old plant to New Plant code instead an Automatic Quality level creation “SKIP” as default .But the System is not allowing to create the Manual Quality Level (QDL1), since the DMR set up at Char. Level. It throws an error message as “You can only create Q levels for plans with dynamic modification by lot - Message no. QD623”.
Can you throw some light to create the Manual Quality Level in QDL1.

Vendor Evaluation in ME65 wrong rating
Hello Guys,
We are using the transaction ME65 to get the vendor evaluation score for audit purpose.
But we notice that there is an issue with the score.
Logically when there is no transaction for a vendor for a given period of time, the score should be zero for quality and delivery.
But we get a score of 100% for quality adherence.
I tried re evaluating the score in ME61 but still no update.
All the configurations loosk fine.
But no clue on where we are wrong.

Quality Inspection Samples to external testing
Hi
I am in a Pharmaceutical environment and using QM with Inspection Lots.
I have a requirement to ship samples of a product that has been semi finished by an external supplier against a Purchase Order then send it for testing to a specific external company, I would like to do this with out releasing the stock to allow the shipment. When the testing is complete the inspection lot can be released and then the samples consumed.
My Ideal solution would be that when the inspection lot is created we can assign the ship to party and then ship the goods using SD delivery functionality and therefore confirm the goods issue so we have a record it has been shipped
I do not want to release the goods to allow shipment and I need to show the total goods receipt to pay the supplier against his invoice.
Has anyone tried or had to do something like this before? I can t believe that SAP needs a work around to manage this

Quality Notification Task codes - Planned start& Finished times.
Hello Team,
Please guide me to overcome below issue.
Configuration done:
1.Defined Task code Priorities in 'Response profile - Response Times' as below.
as initial case requirement discussed with only based on 'Task finish days', all are set & working in line as shown in below.(MM/DD/YY)
Task code QN-ZM1 startdate is default as Today + interval 5 days=3/15/20016
Task code QN-ZM2 startdate is default as Today + interval 30 days=4/10/20016
Task code QN-ZM3 startdate is default as Today + interval 5 days=3/15/20016
Now the requiremnt has changed to adjust the task code start dates as : First task code end date is start date of Second Task code.(MM/DD/YY)
Task code QN-ZM1 startdate is 03/10/2016 + interval 5 days=3/15/2016
Task code QN-ZM2 startdate is 03/15/2016 + interval 30 days=4/15/2016
Task code QN-ZM3startdate is 04/15/2016 + interval 05 days=4/20/2016
Please advice.

Defect recording in QF11 using BAPI
Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to create defect records using tcode QF11 with corresponding Inspection lot and report type ( lets say 0010) . Please suggest on this development.
When i tried to create using BAPI QIRF_GET_DEFECT_ITEMS, it is creating defect records but with only defaulted report type , But i want to create with different report types as inputs. Please suggest me on this.

Automatic Mail triggering when a UD is taken
Mates,
There is a requirement by which when a UD is taken the concerned needs to be be intimated a auto generated mail.
I wanted to Know whether this a standard functionality which can be incorporated with minimal customization
or huge amount of programming efforts is needed to bring this change.

Defect class hide
Dear friends,
I want to hide the defet class for all notification types. I am trying in SPRO-notification types-define screen templates-general screen. I have select radio button as hide for defect location (VIQMFE-FEQKLAS) and (RIWO00-TXTCDOT).
But when i am trying to create the notfication type it is allowing the values. It is not hiding. Please help me what is the process how cn i hide this defect location.

Issue after GR cancellation or production lot cancellation
Dears,
We have an issue with lot cancellation in SAP. Once GR or production order lot is cancelled, subsequent QM lot is not being cancelled. It remains as it is. However, stock will be reversed from QM inspection. So cancelled lot can not be cleared as well as cancelled.
Kindly suggest solution.

I have a one time need to export action logs from QM03 quality notifications. A manager wants to do a time study for each status and all changes to the notiifcation.

Prevent Shipments with Open Quality Notifications
Two questions here. Both of them aim to prevent shipments on a material with an open quality notification.
1. Is it possible to prevent a shipment in the system due to an open quality notification?
If so, details will on how to set it up will be greatly appreciated.
2. Is it possible to prevent a 101 and or a 261 movement type with an open QN.
Essentially, what is the best practice to ensure defective materials do not ship? All your input and responses will be greatly appreciated.
