I am configuring Q notification. I have created a notification type Z1 as a copy of Q2 (Comlpaint ag. vendor). When I checked the view "Define screen templates" or other view later I noticed that no information from Q2 was copied. I deleted the copy and created it again as copy and got the same problem.
I would like to know what can I do, because then I have to configure it all and I am running out of time.

I am attempting to add a task for a QM Notification for and item after using an action box that sends an attachment of the notification to the purchasing department buyer for the material [EKGRP]. The action box works great in sending the email with the attachment but the follow up function for the action box function does not make the new task at the item level tasks as desired.
Basically the follow up function will capture the line item from a temporary table entry that has the notification, item and buyer of the material and use that to send then call BAPI_QUALNOT_ADD_DATA which is successful (or at least it has no errors). This is followed by BAPI_QUALNOT_SAVE and BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT. The follow up function for the action box function finishes with no errors in any of the three BAPIs. It does not make the item level task entry. I have attached a document that shows the parameter settings used. Further, I put the three BAPIs into a simple test program to see what was happening and with debug it appeared that the custom follow up function to be called after the action box was getting invoked. My primary concern is that BAPI_QUALNOT_ADD_DATA does not really work for item level task as the BAPI documentation states. Has anyone used this function for item level tasks addition with success?

2. Query 1: Response is grayed out / not displayed when we define response time for response profile
3. Error : Specify the key within the work area message no. SV033 displayed after inputs in response time input screen
Note: 1.All input data are available in F4 tabs of response time
2. Priorities are defined
3. Service profile is defined
4. Response time also defined in system

I am facing an error while doing stock reversal from program mentioned in SAP Note 175842.
Check table XEKBV : entry 00020700300 does not exist
I did a UD and posted stock in unrestricted stock and return delivery stock.
Now, I created a z program as mentioned in sap note 175842.
I checked everything and is working fine on testing cient but its not working on PRD client.
I could not reverse the stock. Please help
We created a new Master Inspection Characteristic and Class Characteristic . When I add the MIC to the Material Specification using QS61, the MIC appears but the Class Characteristic does not appear.

We have a case here where we have a material that can go to 5 different customers. In theory it should then be 5 different material codes as there is different specification but they don't want to go down that route.
So I have a couple of questions first can you use plausibility limits or tolerances for hard and soft fails? As of now we are only using upper and lower spec and then this will valuate as rejected. Wondering can we use something where it will give a warning that it is outside of this soft limits and then reject if outside these hard fail limits?
The other question is on the multiple specification I have set up a plan with multiple specification dependent characteristics but the plan will not assign to the inspection lot. I have no idea why not. I tried using the pharmacopeia version of multiple specification and then in the search field put the names of the different customers the specification applied to. Why I didn't choose the Customer Version is because when we are making production orders we never assign the customer to it through the sales order.
Hi experts!
We are focusing to discover a T-code that we can block any vendor on material plant level for Quality purpose.
We discovered that we can do this from t-code QI01 but it just show us a Warning message on creating a PO in t-code ME21N. Are there any other options to block and show a block message on creating a PO instead of a warning message? (See attached screen with warning message that we want to change to an error/block message).

I implement Quality Result with result record in Operation 0010, 0020 and 0030 MICs calculated from some MICs in Oper. 0010 and 0020.
I tried to find solution in SCN but I can't found to solve. Then I found topic "Custom QM Parameter" Custom QM Parameter - SAP High Tech - SAP Library but I don't understand. I don't to know how to install the Quality Management component.
Anybody can be explain about "Custom QM Parameter" to me to set up or show simple for this case.

I've a question about physical sample management. I have a scenario where I'd like use multiple physical samples per operation. I would like to record results as follows:
Operation A
Mic 1 - Sample 1
Mic 2 - Sample 1
Mic 3 - Sample 2
Operation B
Mic 4 - Sample 3
Mic 5 - Sample 3
Is it possible to define the the sampling drawing procedure in such a way? I now have to record results for all MICs on all primary samples.

“Nós executamos reteste no caso em que verificamos na primeira análise, que um produto não está dentro das faixas especificadas ou o produto está no limite de especificação. Neste caso o produto passa por um reprocesso e antes da etapa de envase nós temos que executar uma segunda análise do lote. Se esta segunda análise estiver ok, o produto é liberado para envase. O que nós gostaríamos é que o sistema fosse capaz de registrar as duas análises, pois atualmente ele não mantém esta rastreabilidade.”
Fazemos a entrada dos resultados do lote de controle da primeira análise e após o reprocesso criamos um lote de controle na "mão" e informamos os resultados da segunda análise?
O que seria o melhor a fazer?

Hi folks, I would like to know what are your suggestions to solve the following requirement:
Actual scenario:
1. piece failure is found
2. It is made traceability to identify batches involved through a transaction Z.
3. Lots that are in the plant, are blocked by another transaction Z.
4. Some of these lots found already in transit to other plants
5. The list of lots with problems is sent to other plants
6. The person responsible for the plants awaiting the arrival of lots and blocks in the system
Desired requirement:
System suitability for the lots can be blocked, even when in transit to another plant. And which remain blocked when the plant receiving the batch.

In old versions Heading line1 field is available characteristic T.code CT04 , at that time we maintained some short descriptions and created Zreports to
display short texts as a headings. Now we need to change the short text description for some of the characters, but in current version that colom not
showing in T.code CT04. How can we close this issue, please suggest any solution ASAP.

I'm trying to create inspection lot for each batch , with those function modules : ' QPL1_INSPECTION_LOT_CREATE ','QPL1_UPDATE_MEMORY' , 'QPL1_INSPECTION_LOTS_POSTING' and CALL FUNCTION 'QPL1_INITIALIZE' .
the function modules are called in a loop , for the first row , it create correctly but in the second row, the function module ' QPL1_INITIALIZE' generate an error : no status object is available for inl 0

We would like to make 350 QI to blocked mandatory to put in a reason code. We have gone to OMJJ and input GRUND as required and input the reason codes as required. So we have got it that if we go to the stock posting tab and post the stock to blocked there that it will make a pop up to input reason code. We know the users will forget this and just go straight to usage decision rejected. This then in turns always picks the first reason code is there anything we can do to make it that they actually have to select from the list of reason codes when making a UD rejected?
Could we use like some follow up action or anything?
