Source Inspection - Dynamic Rule - Skip lot

Experts,

we are using Inspection Plans and Dynamic rules. For Inspection lots at GR that works good.

Now I lke to set up dynamic rules for Source Inspection, to create "Skip-Lots" before GR.

1) Are dynamic rules working under source inspection?

2) If yes can you provide a brief describtion

are there other ways to skip a specified number of inspection lots before GR.
