Change contents in a Quality Certificate

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement to remove some values in a quality certificate. The certificate can be viewed in VT70 - Messages for shipments.

The 'Application " for those entries are "V7" and when I check in the config part of QM, I can see only 'V2". Hence the output type is also not found.

Please help me to find out the other areas where I can see the application and output types and also how can i change the content of the quality certificate.
