Source Inspection - Dynamic Rule - Skip Lot

Experts,

I can not create Skip Lots using Source Inspection,

If I use Souce Inspection  with ,

• Insp. plan  type 51
• 0101 as inspection type  at Quality view Material Master
• QI02 also with inspection type 0101, SI- no GR flagged
•   Dynamic Rule at Lot Level

DMR,

• Stage 1 Normal Insp;ISt flagged;Insp.Qty.1; A=Stage2, R=Stage1
• Stage2 Skip flagged;Skip Qty 10; A=Stage2, R=Stage1

the dynamic rule is visible at lots created via QI07, showing the stage

Unfortunately the inspection stage does not change as I expected, it starts with starting stage e.g. 1 but won´t change to the next stage, independent if I use “usage decision” or “at lot leve”l at dynamic rule.

How should the “std” system interact, where should the skip status occur?
