Hi Experts,
we are working on IW51 enhancement on which we encounter some difficulties.
Once we save the service notificiation we create an item on it (QMFE table).
In that item we have cliassification data.
We need to updated classification data to add some values in charactersitics.
We were not able to do it using user exits and badis.
In fact we tried to do it in the badi : BAdI Interface IF_EX_NOTIF_EVENT_SAVE.
In that badi we call the function BAPI_OBJCL_CHANGE to change the item classification data.
When testing the bapi via SE37 on existing service notification it is working fine.
But in the badi when we call the bapi, bapi returns that the document does not exist (we call bapi with document number we got in badi structures).
It is maybe due to the fact that is not commited at this moment.
Do you know if there are other way to do this ?
Other badis/exits ?
Or do you know if it is possible to trigger some code (program, function) after the save via a workflow for example ?
