Auto UD for IPQC (inspection type 03)

Dear QM Gurus:

          I have met a problem  when  I do auto UD for IPQC ,below is my difficulty :

when I maintain the QM view for inspection type 03 , I can't find the item "automatic UD"

And in the SPRO ,there is no "automatic UD" to choose

But in the help , one of the prerequisites is "

• An automatic usage decision has been planned for the material

"

So ,can any one help to me to solve this issue ? thanks a lot !
