MIC's- Qualitative, in which angle is the parameter that needs to be checked. i.e, low. spec.=35*23'45" and Upper Spec.= 36*22'45"

I have a scenario. We have MIC's- Qualitative, in which angle is the parameter that needs to be checked. i.e, low. spec.=35*23'45" and Upper Spec.= 36*22'45"

how can this be mapped in standard MIC. If i have missed this option in standard SAP. Kindly guide as to how and where i can find this.
