Automatic Email-sending for negative inspection characteristik in inspection lot

Dear Experts,

I have following example of the inspection lot with few inspection caracteristics:

My question is: how I can send an email (automatically) to the responsible person when the result of one of the inspection characteristic is negativ like this:

Once again I'm not talking about the email sending for complete inspection lot (usage decision), but just about the email sending for single inspection characteristik (when it is negative).

I really would appreciate any help on this.
