Inspection lot not getting created after GR is done.
The scenario is Storage location is connected to external warehouse management,so after the GR is done in the legacy system via interface it is updated in ECC.so while checking the material document inpection lot is not created.
Can anyone please tell me the necesaary check points and integeration steps between WM and QM in this case .

How to configure Auto Usage decision for a material with DMR for Inspection type 01 ? If 2 lots Accepted then 3 rd lot should skip inspection and Auto UD should happen and material should post to Unrestricted stock, i have done the following updation but still auto ud not happening
1. I have updated DMR in Inspection Plan, in Material Master ( Quality Management) inspection setup - Checked Skip lots and Auto UD
2. Updated in Inspection type - skip allowed
3. Updated waiting time & delay time in Plan auto usage decision in Customization
4. Created new variant in QA17 For periodic scheduling
5. No inspection lots got rejected, no characteristics rejected, results recorded as accepted, no partial lots
6. Updated for specific plant in RQEVAI30
Still what is required for Auto Ud ?

We have the scenario were PO is been made for whole month and vendor keeps sending material on partial basis. So we want to create quantity wise breakup of source inspection lot. For example : PO can be made of 1000 Kg, but Vendor is prepared with only 100 kg and wants source inspection to happen. Through QI07 trans complete inspection lot gets activated with original PO qty i.e., 1000 Kg and not as per my requirement of 100 Kg)

Our management requirement is to restrict the GRN against the purchase order for all rejected materials. To meet this requirement we have activated
source inspection process in quality server for a material and is working fine. But the requirement is not getting fulfilled in the scenarios were vendor
delivers partial qty of material against purchase order. We have certain vendor who deliver partial qty due to capacity constraints and later after
fews day delivers the balance qty against same PO. But in work-list of T-code = QI07 overall qty of PO gets converted to inspection lots.. We want
system to give us provision to generate partial inspection lots against the overall PO qty in QI07. Or else if possible please do confirm if there is some other solution to meet our requirements.
We have QM managed FERT material. So after GR we recieve stock in QI with ref to 04 lot. FERT material is batch managed.
From one of batch inspection lot business posted stock from QI to blocked (350) with ref to insp lot. Now lot status is SPCO (posting complete).
After that user changed batch status to restricted and again unrestricted from batch master(MSC2N). Even user posted stock with inventory movement 701 and reversed same with 702. In short user did couple of movements for this batch and finally stock is lying in QI at MB52/MMBE.
This batch is QM managed and only 1 insp lot exist with SPCO status. I tried to move stock with MB1B - 321 movement, but system doesn't allow because material is QM managed.
So finally I ran program ZQEVAC20, which saws me qty under "MM-Quantity" column. If I click on pencil button then system giving me information message saying "Deficit of SL Stck.in qual.insp 33,441 KG " but doing nothing.
Not sure how can I clear stock from QI? Help appreciated.
We have material with total shelf life 365 days in material master. This material batch-1 was produced on 1/1/2013. So considering total shelf life system had updated shelf life date to 1/1/2014.
Business had re-tested this batch and extended SLED date to 1/1/2015. Now today we have requirement to send this batch from plant-1 to plant-2.
So created stock transfer PO and doing GR against PO. Fyi, as of today batch production date is 1/1/13 and SLED date is 1/1/15.
So when we do GR, system gives information message saying SLED date updated from 1/1/5 to 1/1/14 and when we post GR document it updated new SLED date to 1/1/2014 in batch master. I think this is standard SAP behavior to update SLED date at GR considering production date + total shelf life.
But issue is when business had already extended SLED date to 1/1/2015 then why GR putting back to 1/1/2014? How can we change/stop system behavior so id doesn't update SLED date and put old date? Reply appreciated.

I have a requirement where I need to create a new POWL Query and should show the Defect data of each Issue ID. I looked for tutorials and threads about POWL queries but can't seem to find the information I needed.
In details, I need a new query which should be available in NWBC -> Quality Issue Management -> Worklists. We already have one which is an overview of all Issues, but I need to create a new worklist which displays the Defect data of each Issue. (Please note, I am new to QIM and this is my first time handling QIM requirement.)
May I ask if you can guide me or if you know some links where there are steps how can I extract the Defect data? I also looked at OSS Note 1865206, is the steps for "Additional result fields" all I need?

easy question for you.
i have implemented incoming inspection control (insp type 01). Storage location is WM and HU managed. The insp lot is created when the HU are created in the inbound delivery. after this GR is posted in quality stock. In WM, the HU are posted in storage type 902 and dynamic bin (the purchase order nr). Usually the quality dept. perform the inspection, register the result and post the UD.
Sometime happens that the logistic dept move the HU in WM from 902-bin to the a custom warehouse bin where the box is stored. In this case, when the quality dept post the ud, the GM for the HU in the inspection lot are not possible due to an error (it try to create a delivery). I noticed that the error is raised because the HU are not on the 902 bin... Moreover, if the Hu are moved in another storage type, some kind of GM can be performed (eg. with HU02).
There is a way to block the WM movement for the HU reserved in the inspection lot before the UD posting (IM mov are already blocked)?

Need to release the inspection lot.
The material stock in warehouse is in Blocked stock category, need to post the stock to quality stock in order to release the inpection lot??
Even if the stock is in blocked category by assignig the task/ specification list to the material & saving, can i release the lot???
How to overcome the issue??

How can I reject the material when I found the quality is not up to mark when the material is in process in shop floor in any operation.
Quality management is activated in material master but I don't know the process or steps for rejecting the material so that user cannot confirm the order.

Materiais Códigos FERT e halb são diferentes.
O FERT deve considerar a renda recebida no HALB.
Como posso fazer isso? Através Lote de MM pode criar essa conexão?
Uma vez que o resultado de que deve prevalecer na minha FERT, são relatados na análise de resultados HALB.

Does anyone know if there is a Function Module or BAPI that can be uses to run a background job to find all inspection lots that are set to a specific User Status.
Example: We have many user status's setup under a status profile (ZQL00001). I want to be able to run a background job that can go out and find any Inspection Lots that have a status of "MOLD" etc... I then want to export this to an output file and save it as an xml or csv format. Our production lines want to track the number of lots that get produced through each of the status's shown in yellow below. If their is a way of extracting the data from SAP then we can use a large monitor / TV to display the data as it is processed at each of our production lines.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new with QM module and I have to work with QM Certificates. I've created the delivery and now I have my inspection lot, but this has the status CRTD.
I've created the inspection plan as 06 and released, I'm using the inspection type 10, also in the QM10 I assigned the inspection type and the inspection lot origin as 10. I don't know what is missing here.

1. All materials coming in the factory should have quality check before GRN.
2. If the material is rejected by Quality department then GRN should not be posted.

Is there any way to display target values maintained in inspection plan on quality certificates.
in certificate profile the text elements are available. But no text element can be used to display target value.
Can we create a new text element which will display target value.?

I am going to confirm QM activies in result recording and I have finished the following steps:
- Create Activity types
- Assign Activity types and prices according to cost center
- Assign Work center to cost center
- Define activity types for work center
- Assign Work center to operation in plan
- Define Standard values defined for activity types in the operation
- A QM order is assigned to the inspection lot
However the popup window for entering QM activities is uneditable. Please see attached file. Could anyone help me to resolve this problem?
